Our Products:
Our goal is to produce grooming products that are well made, dependable, and reasonably priced. Our products have been created with the grooming professional in mind, and are designed to withstand the rigors of daily use. We strive to exceed the expectations of our customers and make every effort to ensure that they are completely satisfied. If you have questions or need assistance, please do not hesitate to call.

Privacy:
All information provided to us is considered highly confidential. Customer information will not be sold or otherwise given to any other party. When you place an order, your credit card number is encrypted prior to it being sent over the Internet.

How to order:
You can order from us direct via our shopping cart on the World Wide Web, fax, phone, or U.S. Mail. Simply fill out our order form and either submit it to us electronically, or print it out and fax or mail it to us. If you are in a rush, give us a call and we will do everything we can to meet your needs.

Payment:
We accept Visa, Master Card, personal or business checks, money orders, and cashier's checks. Credit cards will not be debited until the order is shipped. Orders paid by personal check may be held until the check clears.

Shipping:
We make every effort to ship within a week of receipt of the order. However situations can arise where we are either out of town (we are dog show people also), or waiting for a part, which may delay shipment. If this happens, we try to inform our customers of any significant delays. Sometimes, we just get behind!!

We ship by UPS ground unless specified otherwise, so please include a street address. Credit card orders will require a signature for delivery.

Pricing:
While we make every effort to hold our prices constant, prices are subject to change without notice. All invoices will be priced at current prices.

Returns:
To make your purchase as risk free as possible, we offer a 30 day trial period, with a 100% money back guarantee (excluding shipping charges). If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any of the products that you have purchased from us, simply let us know that you have a return (either via e-mail, phone, or fax), then return the product, postage prepaid (COD's will not be accepted), in the original boxes in undamaged condition within 30 days from the date of shipping for a refund. After 30 days all sales are final. We reserve the right to deny a refund based on the condition of the returned product.

Warranty:
All of our products carry a limited lifetime warranty against defects in material or workmanship. Any products that fail are 100% covered, and will be repaired or replaced free of charge (excluding freight charges). Misuse or abuse is not covered. Simply call and get a warranty authorization number, ship the product postage prepaid back to us, and it will be promptly and cheerfully taken care of.

Some of our products are covered by a Lifetime Warranty. Should anything fail on these products, they will be either replaced, or repaired, based upon our discretion. Products demonstrating obvious abuse may or may not be replaced/repaired under this Warranty.

Design Changes:
All of our products incorporate designs that continue to evolve over time. As a result, there may be occasional changes to our products. We are continually working to improve our products, and we reserve the right to make whatever changes are necessary to maintain our high quality standards. While we make every effort to keep our web site and brochure as curent as possible, it is possible that there could be a slight change in the actual product from what is shown in the photos.

Feedback/Comments:
We appreciate feedback or comments on our products. If you have something that is not working just right, we would like to know. Likewise, if you are really happy with our products, we like to hear that also. If you have a suggestion for an improvement, or have an idea for a new product, we are interested in that too.
